GENERAL
✦ All of my works are digital. No physical works will be given.
✦ All prices are in USD Currency.
✦ I only accept PayPal as payment.
✦ The prices shown here are for personal uses only. Commissions used for commercial purposes are usually 2x or 3x the price, depending on each purpose.
✦ Commission is to be paid in full upfront (100%) once we have agreed to a price. IF THE TOTAL PRICE IS $100 USD AND/OR ABOVE, half payments (50%) are allowed.
✦ I will send an invoice after confirming your order. The PayPal fee is included in the invoice.REFUNDS
✦ Full refunds are allowed so as long the sketch hasn't started yet. Once the sketching starts, no more refunds.
✦ You will get the full refund + lost fees if I cancel the commission request.PROCESS
Workflow
1. Send me references, pose and specifications
2. I provide initial sketch
3. Modifications and/or payment
4. I provide colour sketch
5. Finished art!✦ Please do not rush me.
✦ Character Commissions take under 1-3 months to complete. Group Picture Commissions will take 1-2 months to complete. Thank you for your patience!
✦ I will notify you of any delays.
✦ I will send a WIP image during the sketching stages (Steps 2 & 3).
✦ After confirming the colour sketch in Step 4, I will not show any more WIPs until the finalized art. You can still ask me about your commission progress.
✦ It is the commissioner's responsibility to ensure that your commission has all the details you want in there.
✦ I, the artist, am not responsible for any unsatisfactory aspects of the finished work if I receive no feedback from you, the commissioner to fix/change it.
✦ Any large changes to the character or subject will be charged a fee. The fee will depend on how big the change is.
✦ After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing/inaccurate elements are my mistakes (e.g. I overlooked details provided in the order).
✦ I will not redraw a completed commission unless you pay me for a 2nd order.

COPY RIGHTS/USAGE POLICY
✦ I reserve all copyrights and related rights for all of my commissioned artwork, including:
✧ Self-promotion
✧ Publishing on social media/portfolio
✧ Other copyright I am entitled to in accordance with national/international law✦ Commissioner can use my commission for non-commercial purposes, including:
✧ Repost on social media with credit
✧ Using as pfp /cover/banner/ etc.
✧ Printing (small amount, in various ways) for personal use
✧ You may post the commission as long as you link it back to me.✦ Commissioner can not:
✧ Take away my credit, claim as your own artwork
✧ Trace, edit, reproduce or use for commercial purpose without paying royalties/commercial fee.
✧ Use for AI generation and NFTs ( or similar blockchains)
✧ Change, edit, modify my works without my permission✦ I reserve the right to post your commission in my gallery for any reason.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any project/client for any reason.
